A few words about the family and the company. First references to the family appear in the city of Moschopolis in Epirus at the end of the 15^th century. After the destruction of Moschopolis, the family moved toKruševo (Kruševo and Monastiri were ceded to Serbia and now form part of North Macedonia) at the end of the 18^th century. Nikolas Krallis started a business in Thessaloniki in 1860 and incorporated the company in 1887. Soon, there were branch offices in Piraeus, Skopje (present North Macedonia) and Galatsi (Romania) and finally, in Athens in the 1920s. The headquarters moved from Thessaloniki to Athens at the end of WWII.

During the 132 years of continuous operation (1887 to 2019) the company survived the dramatic events of the area, like the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire, the Macedonian Struggle, two Balkan wars, the 1^st World War, the Greco-Turkish War of 1919-1922, the Great Depression, the 2^nd World War etc. But, we survived and grew.

Now, with our headquarters in Athens, a branch office in Thessaloniki and warehouses in both cities, we go ahead, always renewed with new products in our already reach portfolio and the 5^th generation of the family energetically involved.
